Any child (18 years and younger) with a Houston Public Library Power Card will be admitted free to the museum on Saturdays and Sundays. Don't have a Power Card? You can sign up for one at the Museum.
Located at 1001 Bissonnet (at Main), the museum is open Tuesday through Sunday. Please check for hours. This MFAH admission policy was inspired by Mayor Lee Brown's Power Card Challenge and is made possible by a grant form the Lila Wallace- Reader's Digest Foundation.

Located at 1515 Hermann Drive, the museum is open Tuesday through Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday noon to 5 p.m. The discount is valid is valid for any day of the week through December 31, 2006.
The museum is Houston's only interactive science center. The Amazing Body pavilion includes giant models of human organs, hands-on science exhibits and science stations.
