This individual is strategic, creative, and results-driven with extensive experience in providing support for public services, especially in a system with multiple locations; and has deep knowledge in operational improvement and change management.
HPL is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and uniquely talented individual to join the Houston Public Library (HPL) team to provide system-wide leadership for Youth Services. Our new Youth Services Advocate (YSA) will be a leader that is knowledgeable about current issues impacting youth, conversant about cutting edge youth services and technology trends in today’s increasingly digital library environment, and, competent with facilitating the fusion of traditional and nontraditional library services for youth and their caregivers.
